I had the pleasure of working on a fun bridal editorial that is currently featured on the Berkeley Blog. The Boho Brunch Elopement theme was perfectly suited to be photographed at the Toronto venue-La Maquette.
For the bride’s makeup and hair I created a soft elegant look on the bride that perfectly suited an afternoon wedding which would have lots of natural lightening.
For her makeup I used complimentary peaches and neutral tones to go with the gorgeous floral arrangements by Maija from Hello Midge Flower Studio.
Creating this magical hairstyle was my favourite element of this look! Since the bride had a natural ombre effect with darker roots and lighter ends it really showcased the ‘S’ pattern waves of this hairstyle.
Her hair has an old Hollywood feel with a modernized twist. I added in hair extensions to add volume to the side gathering. Maija completed this hair look with strategically placed white lilac flowers.
